If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Bot.

Squawk 7600 & 7700 is a free Discord bot that provides aviation-related information and alerts, including but not limited to:

* Squawk 7600 alerts

* Squawk 7700 alerts

* Flight tracking information

* Aircraft registration lookups

* Airport information

* Aviation weather data

* Aviation news and featured content

* Other aviation-related utilities

The Bot is provided free of charge and is supported through voluntary donations.

The Bot retrieves and displays information from third-party aviation data providers and public aviation resources.

We do not own or control the data supplied by these providers and cannot guarantee its accuracy, completeness, availability, or timeliness.

All trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property rights remain the property of their respective owners.

The Bot is an unofficial aviation information service.

Information provided by the Bot may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or subject to change without notice.

The Bot must not be used as a substitute for official aviation sources or for:

* Flight operations

* Air traffic control

* Flight planning

* Emergency response

* Safety-critical aviation decisions

Users are solely responsible for verifying any information through official sources where necessary.

Users may not:

* Abuse, exploit, or interfere with the operation of the Bot

* Circumvent any restrictions or limitations imposed by the Bot

* Use the Bot in a manner that violates Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines

Use of the Bot is entirely at your own risk.

Any donations made in support of the Bot are voluntary and do not constitute the purchase of a product or service.

Donations do not guarantee access to features, priority support, or service availability unless explicitly stated.

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time.

Continued use of the Bot after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
